Monitoring of all covered PCs or Servers for issues as well as weekly updates and reboots as needed.
Cost per month is $10 per PC, / Firewall and $15 per server.
Additional work performed at $85 per hour. Remote work is billed in 15-minute increments, and on-site work is billed in 30-minute increments, with a minimum of 1 hour per instance, plus travel.
Special Projects
Quote will be provided for work requested.
Items outside scope of work will be billed at $95/hr (customers with Monitoring and Update or Block hours will be billed at that rate.)
